About this Role - Warehouse Team Member

As we continue to grow we are looking for an Team Member to support our warehouse Team.  

We treat everyone who visits as an individual, taking immense pride in delivering a warm and welcoming personalised service. As a pillar of support to the Logistics Team Leader you'll understand that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

In order to consistently accomplish that, you will:

​

• Guide, support and motivate a dedicated warehouse and installation team

• Main job will be delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet store requirements in the most efficient manner

• You will be responsible for loading store stock onto the van, ensuring that appropriate forms are completed then deliverying products across the island in an efficient and safe manner

• Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will also be required to deliver furniture directly to our customers 

• Prepare and pack the orders into appropriate bays in the warehouse ready for delivery.

• Keep a safe and clean working environment at all times

• Ensure that all stock leaving the warehouse is accurate and has been documented accordingly

We require you to be:

• Must be conscientious with a good eye for detail.

• Ability to work with Windows and Android handheld scanners and in-house warehouse systems

• Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy

• Happy to work flexibly and support across different areas of the warehouse

• A team player, who is kind and helpful towards others

• Physical fitness, as this role involves a lot of walking and lifting

Our warehouse is open 5 days a week and so it’s important that you’ll have flexibility to work during the week.
