About this Role - Sales Specialists

As we continue to grow we are looking for an Sales Guru to support our design and Sales Team.  

We treat everyone who visits as an individual, taking immense pride in delivering a warm and welcoming personalised service. As a pillar of support to the Store Manager, you'll understand that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You'll lead by example, always striving to deliver outstanding service while surpassing store objectives.

In order to consistently accomplish that, you will:

​

• Guide, support and motivate a dedicated sales team

• Ensure operational excellence throughout the store and behind the scenes

• Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation

• Creating a welcoming environment that makes customers want to visit regularly

• Identifying customer needs and use product knowledge to help choose suitable products

• Being able to respond to queries on product’s price, features and benefits

• Assisting in the health and safety, cleanliness and security of the store

• Lead by example and inspire your colleagues to achieve or exceed their goal

• Driving sales, KPI's and targets

• Processing sales transactions, from advising customers right through transactions whilst communicating information accurately

Our point of sale is open 6 days a week and so it’s important that you’ll have flexibility to work during the week and at weekends also.

As a positive and confident person you'll have a proven ability in leading a team within the world of retail, ideally from a home lifestyle or interiors brand. You’ll be passionate about our brand with a clear commitment to helping us drive forward the business forward.
